The company
FRACARRO TUNISIE was founded in the early 90s as a reliable and competitive partner for the assembly of electronic boards and products.
Our placement lines include high-performance, latest-generation machines, screen printing, SPI 3D, Panasonic P&P, 10-zone oven, AOI 3D and ultrasonic stencil cleaning machine. To guarantee the high quality of the boards produced, we have a dedicated line with a Scienscope X-ray inspection machine and a Weller Rework machine for any repairs and/or rework requested by the customer. We can analyse and rework any type of QFN, QFP, BGA or FBGA component.
History
1990: Foundation and start of production. Surface area: 800 m2
1997: Change of premises, new factory. Surface area: 1,700 m2
Investments made : SMD line + complete EHV department.
2001: Installation of a high-performance ERP system, SAP, for integrated business management.
2002: ISO 9001:2000 certification
2004: Acquisition of P&P Panasonic CM202 machines
2009: Acquisition of P&P Panasonic CM602 machines.
2010: Surface area extended to 4,000 m2
2014: Production of high-tech solutions for OEM customers.
2017: Implementation of an MSL Component Management System (Cabinet + Oven)
2020 : Acquisition of X-ray + Rework inspection machines.
2022 : Acquisition of ultrasonic stencil cleaning machines.
2023: Acquisition of SPI 3D and AOI 3D inspection machines.
